Arnold Waal - Managing Director

My name is Arnold Waal. Born and raised in Amsterdam, I graduated from the Amsterdam Higher Business school in 1994 and obtained my Tax Law degree in 1997. Since then I have been employed by several accounting firms who provide services in the fields of fiscal advice and business administration.

I became a partner of Orange Tax Services in 2005.

During the course of my career, I developed a special interest in foreign-based, internationally operating companies who also do business in the Netherlands.

With a highly-educated work force, a central geographical location, excellent internet connectivity and a high standard of life, the Netherlands is a very attractive prospect for foreign companies. However, Dutch bureaucracy can limit such companies in their activities.

My goal is the resolution of all my clients' accounting or tax issues. This frees up the foreign entrepreneur to focus on doing business rather than being hindered by administrative red tape. This can be achieved by providing tailor-made support in the form of full payroll services and the implementation of the 30% tax ruling.
